Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Use all available resources to maintain the shop environment, building, and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, tools, shop floor equipment, and building facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance projects with outside contractors and review project needs.
- Communicate effectively with management and participate in meetings.
- Develop and improve ongoing maintenance systems and procedures.
Shift: Full-time position with flexible scheduling
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience running and maintaining a maintenance department, division, or company.
- Ability to troubleshoot advanced problems with equipment and find root causes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to drive a forklift and use various tools for repair.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train, supervise, and mentor employees.
