Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll lead a team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives. You'll direct employees and plant floor activities to produce high-quality products, enforce safety and sanitation rules, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. You'll also collaborate with other supervisors and cross-functional teams to coordinate operations.
