Job Description
Play a critical role in overseeing the management, operations, and admissions processes for low rent housing programs as the Property Manager for the local housing authority in Lagrange GA,.

As the Property Manager your leadership will ensure compliance with HUD guidelines, federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the Agency’s administration of programs.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field, with 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in management or property management.
  • Thorough knowledge of Agency policies, HUD regulations, and relevant laws.
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance, personnel management, and computer systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, direct, and supervise others effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
