Resort Engineer/Maintenance - FT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Resort Engineer to join our team and oversee the maintenance and operation of all engineering systems at our resort. The Resort Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are in good working condition, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating repairs as needed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in maintenance and operation of engineering systems within a resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of resort facilities to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including scheduling contractors and obtaining necessary permits.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong the life of resort equipment and facilities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and repair costs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to address any issues in a timely manner.
