About the role:
The Center Manager (CM) position is responsible for executing all of EWC’s policies and procedures while achieving center financial and performance goals. The CM will create a positive and motivating culture which allows their team of Guest Service and Wax Specialist associates to focus on delivering a superb guest experience while enjoying their own work experience. The CM will provide the necessary tools, information, and coaching for associates to be successful. This includes creating a safe and fun culture which promotes positive team member morale and engagement.
What Will You Do?
· Live the EWC brand values and strive to exceed the brand standards.
· Lead the charge on consistently providing an exceptional guest experience.
· Ensure the EWC culture is alive and thriving in your center.
· Assist in recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding and training new team members.
· Set goals for team members.
· Coach and motivate team members to attain or exceed their goals.
· Manage and reward performance as applicable including holding team members accountable for their performance.
· Ensure the center is maximizing ticket counts each month and all opportunities are being capitalized upon.
· Ensure the center has effective team member scheduling.
· Ensure the center is effectively conducting corporate promotions and value-added, savings programs are successfully implemented at the guest-level.
· Ensure guest issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
· Ensure the center is following cleaning, sanitizing and precautionary standards set by the Brand.
· Manage inventory and control inventory costs in your center (i.e., retail, professional product, professional supplies, and office supplies).
· Manage center expenses to the budget.
· Ensure Strut meetings are held weekly and that corporate messages are delivered to all team members.

Requirements:What We're Looking For:
- A passion for people and sales!
- Prior experience leading a high performance sales team in a retail or spa environment
- Demonstrated success as an effective trainer and motivator to create a winning team
- Be enthusiastic about our brand, outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented
- Exceptional customer service and social skills including ability to communicate effectively in all situations including guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching and group presentations
- Demonstrate the ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities and adjust direction when necessary
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evening/weekends
- Bachelors degree preferred
