Claims Coordinator

Hourly Range: $21.00-26.00; Negotiable, depending on experience and education.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

We are excited to announce the opening of a Claims Coordinator position. This position is the administrative backbone for our Office Manager and Production team by being responsible for the initial intake, lead creating, and various other coordination activities to mitigation and reconstruction services. Core Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, address initial inquiries, and enter lead details and associated information into DASH
• Record relevant details and assign leads to relevant stakeholders and ensure follow ups.
• Play a significant role in various billing activities, including invoice distribution to clients/customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to keep them informed about progress.
• Create and maintain DASH notes to communicate with internal stakeholder like Business Development, Estimators, and Operations Managers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-year of administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency using DASH or similar job management software.
• Basic understanding of the insurance claims process would be advantageous.
• Requires intermediate computer and technology skillset (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook email, navigating Google, are used daily)
