To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This is 3rd shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Essential Functions

• Fabricate silicone products and/or materials that meet customer quality requirements.
• Ensure that accurate records of inspection, time and material usage are kept.
• Ensure that all process instructions are followed when fabricating customer parts.
• Maintain work area cleanliness.
• Maintain part traceability and identification requirements.
• Maintain raw material storage area in a neat and organized fashion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to leads, Quality, Engineering, and other employees.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic understanding of keyboard, monitor and hard drive, Microsoft Office Software, Excel and PowerPoint.
