The wraparound Facilitator will be responsible for direct service provision to children and families. Wraparound Facilitator works to enhance a family system that is safe, secure, and stable, collaborating with community partners and agencies to ensure that services are provided effectively and within wraparound principles.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a social service-related field and two-year work experience or a social service related Master's Degree.
