Temp to Perm Receptionist/Admin Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets customers and other visitors, ascertains the nature of their business, and refers them to the appropriate person
• Signs in all visitors completes visitor badge as directed
• Answers incoming telephone calls for all Mack North facilities, provides information to callers, and routes calls to appropriate personnel
• Sorts inter-office and outside mail deliveries
• Provides administrative assistance to Human Resources and to other departments as needed
• Performs data entry into Human Resource Software, including all training, seminars, courses, etc
• Assists and reviews current time and attendance processes and reports
• Utilizes various software to provide reports and graphs
• Complies with all company policies and procedures
• Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, and is adaptable to changing business needs
• Works with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner
• Excel Experience a plus.
• Other duties as assigned
