We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service-Medical Records Processor Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in both English and Spanish. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing helpful advice and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.

Job description: Bilingual Customer Service-Medical Records Processor Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls with customers, excellent communication skills, CLEAR verbal and written.

· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

· Retrieve read and understand medical records from providers across the country

· Update CRM(software) with records received throughout the day

· Update and maintain office policies and procedures

· Maintain contact lists

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

· Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)

· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8:30 to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday, No Weekend/overtime, Work Location: In person
