1st shift Shipping/Warehouse/Lead
Hours 8:30am-5pm M-F O/T Sat. 7am-Noon
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform production operations to obtain utmost and ongoing efficiency
- Support ongoing quality improvement process
- Follow standard operational procedures and work practices and policies
- Assists in the coordination of timely and accurate shipping and receiving
- Performs data entry to ensure accurate inventory records
- Ensure product is shipped to the correct location, per the shipping instructions provided using various freight company software
- Provide the invoicing Clerk with the correct information to invoice the customer
- Answer shipping department phone
- Prepare ID labels, bills of lading, address labels
- Work with production manager to give direction in supervisor's absence
- Trace shipments when needed
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer orientation
- Detail orientated
- Be able to use computer as it relates to shipping and receiving good
- Good vision
- Must be able to make color determination
- Be able to lift or horizontal carry 50lbs.
Temp to hire position starting at $17.00/hr.
