Pay Type: Salary, bi-weekly.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Work Location: 5453 Cooperative Ln, Durand, WI 54736.

Energy Services Manager Essential Responsibilities:

The Energy Services Manager manages, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of our Energy Service Technicians activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings. Coach, council and train the service teams to improve individual skills. Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction. Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections. The position is an office-based position with regular visits to work sites in the field. The colleague performs some overnight work-related travel.

  • Plans, supervises, and coordinates personnel for the Energy Service Team.
  • Continue to improve the talent and engagement of delivery.
  • Oversees maintenance & repairs/replacement on equipment.
  • Implement and improve processes to reduce admin data entry.
  • Manage key accounts in portfolio as assigned.
  • Work closely with the Energy Service Team for smooth process flow.
  • Oversee the safe operation at locations and of equipment as it relates to safety regulations.
  • Assist in opportunities to utilize service and delivery resources for cross-divisional needs.
  • Be responsible for the appearance of our delivery personnel and equipment.
  • Improvement of customer service processes with deliveries, dispatching, follow-up.
  • Improve ALCIVIA’s ability to recognize customer needs and provide an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Implement and improve the use of technology for: Customers, Employees, Delivery Dispatching, Communication, Record-Keeping and Equipment Management.
  • Works closely with other business unit management to utilize and offer cross divisional support when needed.
  • Responsible for implementation and execution of our leak check and regulator upgrade program.
  • Responsible for establishing our after-hours schedules with TASCOM.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Energy Services Manager Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of previous Energy Service Technician or Energy Operations experience is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Class A CDL with Hazmat required or the ability to obtain within 90-days from date of hire.
  • Prioritize and delegate work based on the most critical needs.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Clear, compelling, and consistent communicator.
  • Provides positive and active team communication.
  • Maintain positive, poised, and professional attitude and appearance.
  • Lead by example.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
  • Work well independently and within a team.

  • Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds at any given time.
  • Strong management skills related to project management.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Strong financial analytical sills including cost control.
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point skills.
