Quality Manager (Plastics Injection Molding)

As a Quality Manager in Plastics Injection Molding (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you'll be responsible for the effective implementation of quality systems to ensure compliance and zero defects. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Quality Department, direct the completion of corrective/preventative action processes, and ensure customer quality requirements are met or surpassed. You'll also provide support to other management staff members to achieve company goals and participate in Lean Manufacturing activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, such as CQE or CQM.
• Minimum of 8 years’ quality management related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Strong functional knowledge of Quality Standards.
