Pay Type: Salary, bi-weekly.

Work Location: N47748 US Hwy 53 S, Osseo, WI 54758.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Site Operations Manager (Agronomy and Grain Facility) Essential Responsibilities:

ALCIVIA is looking for a Site Operations Manager to ensure the timely and efficient handling of all products at the assigned facility. This includes supervision of personnel; procurement; safety; maintenance programs, project management; product integrity; customer relationships, and regulatory and compliance related items.

Operational Management:

• Ensures the timely and efficient handling of all products at the assigned facility(s). This includes supervision of personnel; procurement; safety; maintenance programs, project management; product integrity; customer relationships, and regulatory and compliance related items.
• Financial Results and Business Metrics
• Oversite of daily operational processes, coordination, and efficiencies.
• Supervises the efficient loading and unloading of merchandise at the location.
• Budgeting, CapEx planning, and R&M expenses
• Inventory Management.

Personnel Leadership:

• Manage, direct and motivate assigned staff in day-to-day operations.
• Leads, coaches, counsels, disciplines, and retains terminal staff using fair and reasonable methods for continuous development.
• Assist in building a culture of cross collaboration between locations and divisions.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities for direct reports.

Safety/Food Safety:

• Employs expert knowledge of all FSMA/HACCP requirements, and ensures compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Enforces ALCIVIA safety policies and procedures. Observes and enforces OSHA, state and federal safety regulations.
• Ensures housekeeping and sanitation standards are met and all equipment and facilities are maintained.
• Is the main point of contact for any safety issues, accidents, injuries, breakdowns or emergencies that arise at the location.

Customer Experience:

• Maintains customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction is obtained based on the customers needs, goals and degree of urgency.
• Regularly responds to feedback, customer satisfaction or customer issues, to ensure the company is exceeding customer expectations.
• Fosters a culture that promotes appreciations for our Members and their continued support of ALCIVIA.

Product Quality:

• Provides accountability for the locations Quality Management Programs by ensuring conformance with established industry standards and ALCIVIA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Examples could include: product appearance, moisture levels, bin aeration, % fines, etc.
• Understands the financial consequences and impact on the company & customer if product quality is below standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Site Operations Manager (Agronomy and Grain Facility) Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Agribusiness preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years of business operations experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to direct and develop staff by giving timely and factual feedback to help employees achieve career/job aspirations.
• Possesses a strong set of core values and beliefs.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and train and latest programs.
• Ability to operate equipment needed such as fork lift, grain sweep, hand tools, and any other operations tool and equipment.
• Must be able to climb 60-foot grain bins and 200-foot grain legs.
• Must be able to manipulate hand tools.
• Must be able to lift at least 50# on a regular basis.
