Weekend Part Time Hair Stylist

Must be able to work at least two days out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (ex. Friday & Saturday or Friday & Sunday or Saturday & Sunday)

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour (includes hourly, tips and commissions)

• 10% Retail Product Commissions (negotiable)
• $10 commission per Mane Squeeze Membership or Blo Tab sold
• $1 for each service upgrade add-on
• Complimentary 30-minute monthly stretch session at SHFT (+25% off additional services)

Responsibilities:

• Perform beautiful blowouts, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades, and membership sign-ups
• Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
• Work collaboratively and support your teammates
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace

Requirements:

• Must be able to work at least two days out Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• An up-to-date cosmetology license for California
• The ability to work Thursday-Sunday
• A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
