Duties include:
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.
- Review project plans, specs, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required.
- Collaborate with operations and project managers, engineers and sub-contractors as necessary.
- Utilize Stack and Blue Beam software.
- Analyze project costs.
- Provide support to project managers.
- Work with vendors.
- Conduct site visits.
