Overview:

As a Community Outreach Agent for Innovative Senior Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to engage with and inform the local community about our senior care services aimed at enabling seniors, disabled individuals, and those with special needs to continue living independently in their homes and communities. You will play a crucial role in establishing connections with various community groups, including churches, senior apartment managers, housing authorities, and the Hispanic Community, to raise awareness and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, including churches, senior apartment managers, housing authorities, and the Hispanic Community.

2. Education and Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to educate the community about the senior care services offered by Innovative Senior Solutions. This includes organizing workshops, seminars, and informational sessions.

3. Networking: Attend community events, meetings, and gatherings to network with potential clients and partners.

4. Customized Outreach: Tailor outreach efforts to meet the specific needs and preferences of different community groups. Understand the unique challenges and concerns of each group and address them effectively.

5. Promotion: Create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and resources to spread awareness of our services.

6. Referral Program: Establish a referral program with community partners to encourage the identification of potential clients.

7. Data Tracking: Maintain records of outreach activities, including the number of people reached and their level of interest in our services.
