The Role:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide direct onsite leadership to all hourly personnel on the weekend schedule. The successful candidate will manage and lead the weekend work schedule to ensure timely work completion, evaluate and report personnel performance, evaluate and report work effectiveness, and audit completed work.

  • Evaluate and report personnel performance to the management team.
  • Evaluate and report work effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Audit completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
  • Maintain department and company performance standards.
  • Monitor and enforce company code of conduct, ensuring all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and resolve employee challenges, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Be an advocate and mentor for safety, promoting the importance of safety throughout the organization.
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact for emergency response and evacuation, ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

What You Offer

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work in high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee will need to lift or carry 25 pounds or more frequently and may sometimes be required to lift/move up to 100 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.


Work Schedule

This position is exempt per FLSA guidelines and not eligible for overtime. A typical schedule requires the ability to work 40 hours a week. Flexibility to work evenings or off-schedule days to accommodate critical goals and objectives may be necessary.
