INTERCOMPANY SPECIALIST
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Monday - Friday
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform multiple tasks to ensure production flow starting with receiving process through shipments.
- Receiving process to included but not limited to: Quality inspection of inbound product, Production Control inputs for Customer Order Entry and Work Order generation.
- Inspected and identified product will be organized in appropriate bins and staging areas for processing.
- Assist by utilize generated reports to monitor and track product flow to each process.
- Production flow may require hands on duties to include racking, processing, prepping, painting, curing, part marking, or any other applicable duties to ensure production rates are achieved.
- Final inspection duties include all customer/internal drive requirements to be fulfilled. Cert generation and Production Control inputs for shipping documents to be included.
- Packaging and shipment of product to be completed as required by customer and/or as economical as possible.
- Communication and training skills are vital to maintain a productive flow and onboard new candidates or train for additional supporting staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Computer skills such as Power Point, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Lifting/Carrying 50lbs
- Ability to learn certified operating programs (quality control, processing, paint, etc)
- Fast-paced work ethic
