Job Summary:
The Front Desk Associate at Bluefield Hotel is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests, handling all aspects of their stay including room reservations, payment processing, and room key distribution
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Process and address guest complaints and concerns, escalating to management as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including managing inventory and stocking necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, as well as safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, attractions, and local events to assist guests in planning their stay
- Up-sell hotel services and amenities to guests when appropriate

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework or hospitality training preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems, including hotel reservation and payment platforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
