Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press & Laser Operator to join our team at our facility in Greenville, SC, 29601. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating press brake and laser machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC press brake and laser machines for production runs

  • CNC programming familiarity

  • Ability to lay out parts per Engineering prints

  • Establish and operate sheet metal equipment under minimual supervison

  • To operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools as well as equipment safely and correctly

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments

  • Utilize shop math skills to calculate measurements and angles

Qualifications
  • Experience operating press brake machines
  • Basic computer skills for machine programming
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of machine setups for production runs
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong shop math skills
  • 1-2 years of welding/manufacturing experience
  • Ability to life and carry assembly materials up to 50lbs
