Residential Landscape Crew Leader and Driver

• Everyone needs a little time off and you’ll have 20 hours of PTO after 60 days of employment plus an additional 3 paid holidays. After your one-year mark, you’ll receive an additional 30 hours of paid time off and you can use that time off in any way you see fit.

Job Duties and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of crew leadership experience.

- DOT certification is a plus.

- Ability to manage 3–4-man crew and complete daily routes promptly;

- Operate landscape maintenance equipment professionally and safely.

- A valid driver's license and clean MVR.

- Ability to train and communicate effectively with crew members.

- Must be willing to work outside in the elements (Heat, cold, and sometimes rain).

- Available to work Monday through Friday.

- A positive attitude with the drive and desire to be the absolute best in the business and get paid to outperform our competition.
