Timo's is looking for a confident, knowledgeable HVAC Service Technician is responsible for traveling to customers' homes to perform maintenance service calls on Indoor Air Equipment for optimal performance. Service Technicians are also responsible for maintaining communication with the office staff in order to foster a cohesive operation. Successful candidates are organized, able to perform in a fast-paced environment, and able to efficiently multi-task with great attention to detail, work well under pressure, and make sound judgment calls. This position is non-exempt in the field, reporting to the Service Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, coils, and condenser units etc.
• Demonstrate Respect, Compassion and Integrity when communicating with clients
• Ability to communicate recommendations and services
• Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with Bell Brothers quality and safety standards
• Ability to demonstrate punctuality
• Participate in weekly meetings for continuing training and development

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
• Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
• Proficiency with mobile devices (i.e., tablets, smart phones and/or other devices as required)

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
• Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
• Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time
• Moderate exposure to physical risk
• Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance
