Location Wixom, 1st shift, pay 18.00, Resume needed MUST have Logistics experience
Review all incoming documentation covering supplier shipments to company.
· Review all outbound documentation covering company shipments to GM.
· Print and issue daily picks to the floor for outbound shipments.
· Send and Receive ASN’s as required utilizing GM’s MGO system.
· Enter all receipts for parts and supply items in Company's ERP.
· Execute daily dock schedule and update all inbound and outbound information as required.
· Contact trucking companies obtain verification and confirm that shipping information is correct as required.
· Coordinate dock position with the floor supervisor for all inbound and outbound loads.
· Communicate with and direct all inbound and outbound transportation traffic
· Ensure all inbound/outbound drivers follow Company’s “Dock Safety Protocol”.
· Maintain receiving and shipping files.
· Participate in annual physical inventory
· Print Receiving labels and distribute to the floor Supervisor.
· Print, scan and file all inbound “Supply” item paperwork.
· Submit inbound discrepancy reports to the MFC when applicable.
