Join us as a Kitchen Steward and be the guardian of our kitchen's cleanliness in Fairport, NY, US.

$15 hourly

• Ensure that all dishware, cookware, utensils, and other relevant items are kept thoroughly clean.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire kitchen, including ovens, walls, walk-ins, cooking services, floors, vents, and garbage bins in accordance with set standards.
• Follow established safety and security guidelines, as well as OSHA regulations.
• Polish stainless steel and silverware as directed.
• Undertake deep cleaning tasks as necessary.

• Have prior experience in hotel and dishwashing.
• Be physically able to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Be able to lift, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently or constantly.
• Possess the stamina to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning.
• Have enough flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with the body and arms.
• Be comfortable working in variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Have near vision to see close-range details.
• Maintain quick agility and be able to work long hours when necessary.
• Have the communication skills to understand and convey information in English.
