We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training Content Developer Co-Op Student for our Winchester, Tennessee plant!

Job purpose & description:
  • Training Content Developer Co-Op Student will outline training content, craft digital training content, and set up training content software.
Key responsibilities:
  • Review manufacturing needs and build a training outline.
  • Record/edit video-based training content in short and long forms.
  • Watch Zoom videos and convert meetings into training content.
  • Educated themselves on software solutions that they will be training people on.

Requirements

Education & Certificates

  • College or University student with applicable course subject matter.
  • 1+ years of training experience is an asset.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Video Software: Loom, Zoom, Adobe.
  • Training Software: Trainual or other similar solutions.
  • Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Pardot, or other similar platform.
Competencies:
  • Self-motivated and self-starter.
  • A stickler for details, accuracy, and achieving goals.
  • Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and presenting with managers and peers.
  • Internally liaise with Manufacturing.
  • Maintain a working relationship with IT to use existing and new tools.
Working conditions:
  • 80% of work indoors in the Plant and 20% in an office environment with long periods of standing and walking.
  • Employees may experience degrees of changing factors in the work process (changing work priorities, deadlines, etc.).
