Introduction Statement:
We are seeking for a skilled Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our clients company team. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of facilities by performing repairs and maintenance on various systems, including HVAC and electronic components.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of commercial facilities to identify and address repair needs promptly.
- Diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and perform repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems, including diagnosing and repairing faults in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Repair and replace electronic components, such as control panels, sensors, and circuitry, to ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and equipment installations.
Qualifications or Requirements:
- Previous experience as a repair and maintenance technician, with expertise in HVAC and electronic systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, including refrigeration cycles, airflow dynamics, and ductwork design.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- HVAC certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred.
