How You Will Make an Impact:

The Commissary Production Cook is an entry level position that is responsible for prepping and batch cooking components of our fresh food options for our grab and go markets. This is an independent position, where a majority of your time will be working in the kitchen on your own. You will be:

  • Washing, chopping, cutting, weighing, mixing, and cook ingredients according to set recipe and food safety standards.
  • Cleaning, setting up, and breaking down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Covering, labeling, and dating all food products, and following all food safety rules for proper storage.
  • Washing pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment, as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1+ years line cook or similar experience
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen terminology
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • ServSafe Certification a plus
