Looking for a Field Superintendent for an industrial ventilation system client in Avilla, IN. Our client is a supportive company that pays the employee health insurance premium, provides ESOP and other unique benefits to their employees.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the field operations and ensure on-time project completion that's within contractual obligations. 75% Travel.
Field Superintendent Profile:
- 4+ years Industrial Construction or Construction management experience
- Ability to review/understand prints
- Ability to drive forklift, or other equipment as needed
- Self-motivated, independent worker
- Ability to travel 75%
Field Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control
- Contractor Control
- Ensure contractors are installing according to company prints & specifications
- Follow safety procedures & policies
- Field Superintendent must be on site if contractor(s) is on site
- Office Liaison
- Inform PM if talking with vendors
- Fill out Field Report, time sheets, expense reports, checklists, etc.
- Other duties as required
