Park Manager located in Apache Junction Arizona

Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced solo or couple Park Manager to join our team! You will organize and oversee the daily operations of the park located in our park in Apache Junction, AZ.

The Park Manager must possess strong communication skills and remain focused on ensuring both positive customer experiences and positive team/employee experiences. You should be capable of solving problems successfully even when faced with challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office inventory including but not limited to merchandise inventory, and office supply inventory. Update inventory as needed in the park reservation system. Prepare a list and inform the Corporate Office of needed office supplies, merchandise, and other supplies as needed.
• Make reservations for customers, collect rent, and enforce late fees.
• Keep an updated rent roll.
• Run Daily Closing Reports, balance all clerks daily updates, prepare deposit slips and scan reports to be sent to designated billing clerk at corporate.
• Balance Cashier and Petty Cash Safe(s) weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Park office. Daily cleaning as needed.
• Prepare a weekly office report including arrival and departure counts for the week. Submit to Corporate.
• Preparation of monthly guest Newsletter to be submitted to Corporate for approval and publication (if appropriate).
• Assist with mail delivery as needed.
• Assist with Social Media presence as needed, including review sites, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts (if applicable).
• Communicating and improving park activities.
• Additional duties may include preparing and submitting payroll and updating or editing employee/work camper hours.
• Will be required to interact with the local government agencies to help promote local tourism and stay informed of local interests.
• All other related managerial tasks as assigned.
