Warehouse Receiving

1. Receive shipments for hot orders and stock orders in the company software.

2. Coordinate with Provision Purchasing Supervisor and Stock Purchasing Associate for any missing or damaged items from the PO.

3. Coordinate with warehouse manager to finalize the orders that are ready.

4. Mark ready pallets on the load sheets.

5. Assist drivers with loading and unloading the vehicles if needed.

6. Keep record of invoices and packing lists received.

7. Check for expiration dates of the items received to comply with company standards.

8. Record temperature of the items received.

9. Coordinate with dry and freezer/cooler stocker to place the items on the shelves.

10. Coordinate with warehouse supervisor for any items to be returned.

11. Arrange return pick ups with the vendor drivers.

12. Inform General Manager when inventory is low on supplies
