Interpretation: The interpreter is to convey the targeted message using active listening skills, rendering the information with no add-ons or omissions, in a clear and accurate fashion, taking into consideration a wide range of customers, voices, accents, speaking tempos, personalities, and industries. To inform parties of relevant factors that may hinder the interpretation such as but not limited to weather, connectivity, or background noise.

Document Interactions: It is the interpreter’s responsibility to document interactions in detail in the CRM, by using provided templates as a guide, and all available tools (CRM, Training Guides, Notes, Google, Supervisor support, Spell Check).

Escalations: In scenarios that demand urgency, the interpreter is to resolve and notify escalations by: immediately notifying requests for supervisor, upset clients and/or cases that have not been properly resolved according to the established standards.

Customer Service: The interpreter is to provide the utmost care when managing customer scenarios by following the provided scripts and templates while complying with company service standards and code of ethics.

Motivation: It is expected that the interpreter reflects a positive approach through actions and words, towards company initiatives.

Notification: Notifying of system issues promptly and looking to resolve the issue at hand within the extent of the position,

Communication: To communicate professionally with clients and all staff members following company policies

Requirements

  • ·Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
  • Candidates must consent to a background check
  • Proficient accent-neutral, near-native English
  • Highschool diploma or greater
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Stable job history
  • Good attendance record
  • The ability to sit for a long period of time
  • Knowledge and use of PC Systems / CRM and Google Search is a must

Preferred Skills

  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy with the ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
  • Competency in a service organization environment
  • Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
  • The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment while handling calls in a courteous, friendly, and well-spoken tone
  • Strong people skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in a written form
