Outbound Team Member - Warehouse

Position Summary

The Outbound Team Member will make packing slips for inventory orders and ship goods to manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be an integral team member who can rise above their day-to-day responsibilities and add value to the company and its employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Verify products for accuracy
• Make Packing Slips
• Verify packing slips and store them accurately
• Prepare shipments
• Wrap pallets to prepare for shipping
• Arrange and store pallets
• Build outbound pallets
• Move and replace gaylords for destruction
• Build necessary equipment
• Assist others in the warehouse
• General housekeeping and trash removal
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High school diploma, GED equivalent required
• Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Experience with forklifts, certification preferred
• Ability to operate pallet jack
• Ability to operate a computer and required software
• Ability to work as an individual or collaborate as a team member
