Job Description
General Scope of Responsibilities:
This position with work closely with our Triosim Pulping Process Product Manager to become proficient in conducting the study, organizing the data, presenting the results, and completing a formal customer facing report.
Key Areas for Position:
Knowledge of Autodesk products
Understanding of general standard practices of revision control of drawings
Ability to populate and maintaining a drawing database (Excel based with Metadata)
Experience creating/revisions of BOM’s & working within an ERP system
Ability to create SOP instructions for manufacturing tasks
Ability to research and understand process data around our product offering
Qualifications:
Paper Science, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineer Degree preferred. Paper mill Process Engineer experience a plus.

Compensation:
Base Salary + Bonus
Specific Responsibilities:
§ Conducts pump washer efficiency studies
§ Organizes, presents, and reports findings
§ Collect field information required to install any recommended equipment or products. This will require searching for drawings and/or verifying equipment dimensions.
§ Participates in the installation of any of the recommended equipment or products.
§ Maintains test equipment
§ Responsible for safe transportation of test equipment to and from mill site
§ During downtime between efficiency studies individual will work as an active member of the Triosim Sales and Service team, acting in whatever capacity his/her skills allow (e.g. participating in outage support, conducting washer equipment surveys, conducting vacuum pump bore scope studies, conducting vacuum or thick stock pump inspections).

§ Diligently communicates both internally and externally to maximize effectiveness and involve all necessary stakeholders
§ Completes all safety training required by each mill in the region and promotes safety in all facets of the job both while on a customer site or traveling on the company’s behalf.

Physical Requirements:
§ Must be able to move and setup test equipment (approx. 80 lbs)
§ Must be comfortable working in the pulp mill environment (hot, humid)
§ Must be able to work safely with navigating pulp mill stairs, handrails, catwalks, etc.
