Role Description

We are seeking a Claims Handler who is passionate about embodying our core values of collaboration, transparency, and innovation. This full-time, hybrid role, based in Belcamp, MD, offers the flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing claims processes, fostering strong partnerships between clients and insurance carriers, and working seamlessly with our dedicated team to ensure successful, equitable claims resolutions.

  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the insurance claims process and industry standards, with a thirst for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with the ability to also work independently when required.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred, coupled with a passion for continuous personal and professional development.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to analyze information, identify solutions, and resolve issues creatively and effectively.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: An agile mindset, open to change and innovation, with a drive to explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance the claims process.
