Job Description: Elderberry Hospitality LLC is hiring on behalf of Zion Mountain Ranch, a ranch-style resort, and is currently seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our on-site restaurant team as Servers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and fulfill the wishes of our guests from around the world while they enjoy fine dining with views of our bison preserve
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Delivering orders to tables and ensuring accuracy of items
• Anticipating and addressing guest needs and preferences
• Handling guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous illustrated experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $4.00/hour, plus tips for the dinner shift and $8.00/hour plus tips for the breakfast and lunch shifts

On-site housing is included as part of your compensation for full time employees, a $2/per day or hook-ups for your own RV are also available if you don't already live in the area. We are in a rural location, so your own transportation is needed.
