We are looking for a Civil Construction Superintendent / 5 yrs serving Oil and Gas Industry
This job will be performed from San Antonio to Laredo TX
Wage: $75k - $125k per year
Schedule: Full-time/Permanent including evenings and weekends as needed
Duties/Responsibilities:
- -Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers
- -Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- -Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- -Willing to travel to various job locations as required (valid drivers licence)
- -Minimum 15 years experience in the oilfield dirtwork industry (Lease building and reclamation)
- -Minimum 5 years management experience
- -Possess all required safety tickets
- -Plan and coordinate work schedules and logistics for all employees and contractors to facilitate the timely completion of projects
- -Bid and price projects
- -Record and track maintenance of equipment
- -Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
- -Responsible for hiring employees/contractors
- -Operate all relevant equipment (dozers, excavators, packers, buggies, etc)
- -Training and mentoring staff
