Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking for a Pest Control Technician Apprentice to join our team! No past experience needed; you will be trained to learn different aspects of pest control with hands on tactics. Skills will be taught on an ongoing basis with company continuing education, industry leaders' publications, government certified education materials and recertification courses.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record chemical/equipment inventory
- Perform quality inspections and communicate findings to clients
- Perform quality applications and keep strong documentation
- To check and review route to keep timely appointments
- To maintain in top quality all service application equipment
- Follow up with sales leads
- Performance of cold call sales
Qualifications:
- Age 18 or older
- Valid drivers license with clean record of the last 5 years
- No predatory offence convictions
- Ability to be in a vehicle for 6+ hours a day
- Good communication skills with the ability to be a conversation starter
- To be a self starter and ability to perform tasks with little to no supervision
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
