Experience:

• 24 months of Case Management experience is required.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

40hr guarantee

Weekend and On-Call Requirements: TBD

Requested time off during the course of this assignment Must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved.

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

Traveler must be willing to work Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during this holiday will not be approved.

Shift accommodation requests will not be considered for this need (10/12hr shifts, block schedule, etc).

2+ years current Case Management experience in a hospital setting - Required.

2+ years MS or related experience required.

BSN (or higher) - Required.

1 reference from last 24 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)

Driver’s license required

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
