Warehouse Dispatcher

Job Duties:

• Receiving, organizing, and logging deliveries


• Ensuring drivers are following safety checks and procedures


• Efficient routing of deliveries


• Monitor drivers and verify proper status and location of each delivery


• Prepare, assist, verify, and orders to be delivered


• # of deliveries per hour

• Effectively schedule and dispatch delivery drivers to fulfill customer orders while optimizing routes for efficiency.


• Embrace and leverage technology tools, such as Excel software, to streamline operations and drive results.


• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.


• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, finding solutions to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, handling delivery-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver performance, and customer interactions.


• Collaborate closely with our team of drivers and support staff to foster a positive work environment and achieve common goals.

• Commitment to safety and adhering to company policies and procedures.


• Prior dispatching or logistics experience, at least 1-2 years


• Strong work ethic and a willingness to embrace working hard and working smart


• Excel and Computer software savvy.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
