One of our premier clients is seeking a Oracle HCM Technical Architect for a 100% REMOTE role.

This role MUST be filled by a US Citizen per our clients contract.

MUST HAVE CURRENT HCM INTEGRATIONS!

Role: Technical Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations – 10+ years experience Oracle Cloud Application Development – 10+ years experience Oracle Technical Architecture – 10+ years experience Role Description: • Plan and manage the technical architecture team, including organizing, planning, and monitoring activities related to technical environments. • Manage efforts related to defining the integration approach/strategy, and overseeing technical integration design, build and testing. • Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. • • Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work • Lead the definition of the overall program data strategy and data migration approach. • Manage all software development efforts related to reports, interfaces, data conversion, PaaS extensions and workflows. • Coordinate with Oracle and client to define and execute performance testing. • Manage the break/fix process executed in support of all testing phases. • Support the cyber security authorization process in conjunction with client and Oracle personnel
