Functional Analyst: PTP (Commercial and Manufacturing)

Our client is seeking a Functional Analyst: PTP (Commercial and Manufacturing) to join their team.

Job Title: Functional Analyst: PTP (Commercial and Manufacturing)

Location: Initially remote but the resource should be ready to relocate to Baton Rouge CIC within one moth upon asked to relocate”.
 

What’s Needed?

Joining Location- Joining location for both these positions is “Initially remote but the resource should be ready to relocate to Baton Rouge CIC within one moth upon asked to relocate”.
Travel- As per the demand from the project aligned with C2H guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Vendor material master management (partially managed in MDG)
2. Purchase order and contract management: release strategy
3. Intercompany stock transfer order
4. Subcontracting process in commercial (for minor change to product)  and in manufacturing 
5. Vendor consignment (in manufacturing)
6. End-to-end invoice management solution based on Opentext (invoice scanning, email) and VIM (approval workflow and exceptions management) – shared with RTR
7. Integration with Ariba for NPS Non Production Spend (not stock procurement)
