What will you do as a Staff Development Nurse
Partner with the Director of Nursing and Medical Director to provide hands on training for our nursing team.
Implement and monitor policies and procedure of the facility through various methods including hands on training
Ensure that all monthly nursing education is completed by staff and help orient new employees.
What you need as a Staff Development Nurse
Licensed as an LPN
Previous experience in a long-term care facility
Previous staff development experience preferred
