Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Aid individuals with questions that arise regarding policies, procedures, and processes
  • Answer questions and/or direct individuals to the proper policy and procedure for review
  • Provide Quality Assurance review for identified functions as designated for the timeframe of the assignment, to provide timely and appropriate feedback based on the work completed
  • Provide and/or create any additional job aids as determined based on questions and comments received from site. Provide additional training on policies and procedures and provide real-life examples relating to areas in question
  • Ensure critical messages and concepts are adequately conveyed and outstanding issues are documented and assigned the appropriate person for resolution
  • Ensure timely communication of any issues and/or information needed for processes
  • Maintain acceptable and appropriate quality levels and production turnaround times
  • Adhere to all documentation standards within the department
  • Manage Team Questions and Escalations

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or higher completed
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • 1+ years of experience in a production environment
  • 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office or customer service environment
  • 6+ months of experience as a SME, OJT Support, Team Lead, Trainer, or Supervisor
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency (filter, sort, create and edit spreadsheets) 
  • Proficient in verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours / week during standard business operating hours Monday - Sunday from 8am - 7pm Central (It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime on weekends and holidays)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Training experience
  • Proven solid analytical skills and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize complex database systems and production platforms simultaneously 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
