Staff Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include performing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost accounting, including analyzing manufacturing costs and variances to assist in decision-making processes. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in relevant software applications. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline with a minimum of two years' experience.

Knowledge of ERP systems. (JDE – Oracle) is a plus but not required.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent problem-solving skills along with a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
