Position: Production Associate
FULL TIME
Shifts: 1st 6:00AM-6:00PM $16.50 p/h, but any hours after 230pm is $17 p/h
2nd shift 6:00PM -6:00AM $17.00 p/h
*12 hour shifts until end of February 2024
Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Overtime available on Fridays.
PART TIME
Day shift pay $15.00
Option 1 – 9am -2pm Monday through Friday
Option 2 – 6am – 6pm Fridays only
Option 3 – 6am – 6pm Thursday + Friday Only
Night Shift pay $15.00
Option 1 – 6pm – 11pm Sunday through Thursday
Option 2 – 6pm – 6am Sundays
Option 3 6am -6pm Sunday + Thursday Only
Responsibilities:
- Feed components onto assembly conveyors, into hoppers, machinery or other devices to maintain continuous production.
- Replenish and unload components, such as corrugated cardboard, glue, plastic wrap, pumps, inserts, bottles, caps, labels, sprayers, etc., avoiding breaks in the production assembly process.
- Manually assemble/install various liquid packaging component parts including but not limited to sprayers, caps, box dividers, cases, display units, etc.
- Perform various manufacturing inspection protocols to ensure plant quality standards on liquid packaging products and display units.
- Support production required line speeds by participating in level loaded job activities in a face paced environment.
- Adhere to plant safety rules and programs as it pertains to self and all other associates, including performing audits, safety suggestions, and participation in safety rotation of jobs.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow directions provided in verbal or non-verbal format.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and twisting.
- Engage in teamwork activities and possess the ability to work in small groups of 2-3 or in large groups of 25 or more within an assigned work area.
