Job Title: Part-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Location: Tatum, SC

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team in Tatum, SC. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact with just 5 hours per week, 1 hour per day. As a Part-Time BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral support and intervention to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on effective behavior management techniques during your scheduled hour each day.
• Regularly assess progress through data analysis and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed within the designated time frame.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders involved in the students' care and education.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Previous experience working in behavioral intervention, preferably in educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources within the allotted 5-hour weekly schedule.
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis and intervention.
