Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Provide enterprise application and technical support to end users, both in-person and remotely.
- Resolve support requests independently or in collaboration with external IT service providers.
- Identify and rectify issues with hardware, software, services, and applications.
- Offer reactive and proactive support to business units, addressing critical issues.
- Deliver measurable results on time-sensitive topics.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure, including configuration, patching, and automation.
- Ensure overall system uptime, availability, reliability, and security.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and IT providers for specific requirements.
- Document, track, and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Manage enterprise IT projects effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Strong desire to learn and share knowledge effectively.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and SQL database management.
- System administration experience is essential.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, MSFT Azure Cloud, and Active Directory Management.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud infrastructure, virtual servers, and application management.
- Solid understanding of networking hardware/software and LAN/WAN.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and MSP support software.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
