Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Paraprofessional to join our team Rogersville,Pennsylvania. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of our PreK students. This position is full-time and will involve assisting with toileting needs, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist PreK students with toileting needs, including diaper changes and bathroom assistance.
  • Support classroom teachers in implementing educational activities and lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
  • Ability to provide toileting assistance and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children learn and grow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
