Ukiah Waste Solutions, Inc., a Waste Connections company, has an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator in Ukiah, CA! This person will be a valuable asset to our team, supporting our operations supervisors and manager.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM.
Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. Pay range for this job category is $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience.
We also offer great medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401k match, dollar per dollar up to 5%, vacation days, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Assistance with Onboarding for employees at all sites
- Maintain basic HR duties needed to be done on site
- Maintaining all sites for CUBE compliance
- DOT Files/Pull Notices
- Assist Shop & Ops team with CHP inspections
- Office Supplies Ordering for all Sites
- Bin Ordering, Cart Decal Ordering, etc
- Concorde Sparc Maintenance
- Customer Service Support as needed
- Works with the bin shop to dispatch repair work
- Ensure compliance and follow through of monthly safety meetings
- Coordinate Monthly Safety Meetings
- Dump Tag Reconciliation
- Maintaining necessary files
- Assist with basic route duties as needed
- Assist with route maintenance
- Maintain all of the dispatch boards and safety day information at all sites
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and able to meet important deadlines
- Operations support experience preferred, but not required
